DIY Fitness - TRX

This is one of my favorite DIY pieces.  It can literally be installed most places, is effective for all fitness levels ( I have even used it for clients with MS and Fibromyalgia), AND it  works your total body.  There are so many options!  Todays workout..hung it from my front door, did a warm up jog and burned over 700 calories in an hour.  DIY and make fitness fun and simple!
