STWDM (Shedding The Weight Daily Meditations)

A few weeks ago, I ran across a free 21 day meditation serious titles Shedding The Weight.  It was provided by Deepak Chopra and Oprah Winfrey.  I was such a great tool, and would be will worth the investment!  I thought I would share my notes from the series with my readers and clients.    One of my favorite quotes comes from Mr. Chopra:

  "In the midst of movement and chaos, keep stillness inside of you."

Transformation can cause a lot of chaos.  It can be REALLY hard.  Transformation is much more than the food we eat and the exercise we perform.  It is also an adventure in mental/emotional healing.  I am a firm believer that whatever is going on inside of you WILL ultimately be reflected on the outside.  I am not a therapist, or psychologist, but these readings (I believe) can help you create awareness of how excess and heavy can reach through and affect many parts of our lives.
